Historically, yearly reunions have been one of the major events of our year. It has enabled us MCTA tankers and guests to gather in one place to meet up with old friends and talk about family, friends and of course, tanks past and present. Due to declining attendance at the last several reunions, we decided not to have a reunion in 2024/25 to give us time to reevaluate the kinds of “meetups” that would bring in more tankers of all ranks. We understand that the Marine tanker community is getting smaller by the day and we want to provide meetup for those of us still want and are able to make them. While we work on future gatherings, our scholarship program has not slowed.
